Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected enquiry category, topic and message. The website host may also process basic connection and security logs when serving pages.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and device, your IP address, and a verification token. It does not access the contents of your message. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How we use information
We use contact details and messages to read, respond to, and manage your enquiry. We use Turnstile and relevant technical logs to protect the form and website from abuse.
Our basis for handling enquiries is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to messages. Where you ask us to take steps before entering a contract, we may process the information for that purpose. We use security information to protect the website and its contact service.
The community pricing calculator runs in your browser. Its slider values are not submitted with the contact form or stored by the calculator.
Who receives information
Contact form submissions are delivered to info@nikospavlou.com through our email service, including a CSV attachment containing the submitted details. Cloudflare processes Turnstile verification data, and our website hosting provider may process technical request logs. These services process information to provide or secure their services.
We do not sell your personal information or use contact form submissions for marketing.
External services and links
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to request the fonts, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Links to ventures and social media profiles take you to separately operated websites. Those websites process information according to their own privacy notices.
International processing
Some service providers may process technical information outside the United Kingdom. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or another approved transfer safeguard.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage any follow-up. We may retain relevant records longer where needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to meet a legal obligation. We then securely delete or anonymise them.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for contact-form security and may process technical information or use similar technologies as part of its verification service. We do not use it to track visitors across websites. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies that require consent, we will explain them and ask before enabling them.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive information you provided in a portable format. To make a request, email info@nikospavlou.com.
